From 6 th April 2022, the new law on no fault divorce in the UK will bring the long awaited reform of an area of law that has not been changed since 1973. Soon, separating couples will be able to get a divorce, civil partnership dissolution or legal separation without placing blame on each other for the breakdown of the relationship.
