You will no doubt all be aware of the changes the Government enforced on the 23 rd September 2022. One of the many changes the Government announced on the 23 rd September 2022 was changes to the Stamp Duty Land Tax payable in England and Northern Ireland. This change was enforced to provide financial assistance in cutting the tax payable on certain transactions.
