We greatly believe in supporting and training our staff. We encourage all to develop and learn new skills which will be of equal benefit to themselves and the firm. We actively encourage progression within the firm – One of our Equity Partners started here over 20 years ago on a YTS (training scheme!).
The firm is committed towards implementing and managing practical policies and procedures which will reduce and minimise the impact on the environment.
We recognise our responsibility to work in partnership with the communities in which we operate and support fund raising by our staff.
We seek to make contributions to charities that are of a personal interest to our staff and partners and/or at the heart of our local communities.
We support local groups and sports teams, particularly those involving giving coaching and encouragement to youngsters.
We offer work experience placements and regularly attend careers fairs in the local schools and colleges to offer guidance.
We are happy to deliver seminars in the local communities for information purposes.
